Everyone at the Cleveland office was so caring and efficient. They took care of my emotional and physical needs. Took the extra care to set up a follow up appointment. The provider was very knowledgeable and thorough. The front desk lady was so kind not only to me but everyone who came in . She answered and explained every question I had from treatment to insurance to billing. The nurse was confronting and sweet. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience at a very difficult time. Thank you all.
I went there this week to get some antibiotics for my teeth and as I'm waiting there in the lobby the young lady at the front desk takes a call. The customer had a question for the Dr about her test results however the Dr wasn't in at the moment. It was her job to ask what her question was and to get her name and callback. When I tell you I heard this customer screaming at this poor girl through the phone all the way out in the lobby 🤯🫣 ..... I made an appt online and made sure to get there 10 mins early as requested. Since I had filled out the needed paperwork online, there wasn't much of a wait at all. I was in 5 mins before my appt. They made the process very quick and easy from start to finish. It was clean (new) and the staff was friendly and answered all of my questions. I would definitely go back if I needed to.
The best experience I’ve ever had with a walk in clinic! I did go online and do all the registration the night before the appointment and it made it go so much smoother once I got inside. The lady at the front counter was very polite and was all smiles! I’m pretty sure I only waited in the lobby maybe 5 minutes and when the doctor came in the room he did take his time to find out what was going on with me & was very professional & polite. Highly recommend & will go back again if I need to!
I was just in there. I was being very respectful to the doctors and nurses. When I was waiting for the test results came back. The doctor came in started to tell me that she seen me a few weeks ago for the same thing. She was being rude. Telling me I need to go to my primary. Remind you it’s Saturday. And my primary care doctor isn’t open on Saturdays. And I needed to go somewhere and i thought they could help me. But I guess not.
