Quick, efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable.
I’ve been here a few times now and the staff is always so friendly and professional. I can honestly say I’ve been very impressed with them! If you can’t get in to see your regular doctor I highly, highly recommend this place.
I was at the Corbin location late last night Feb, the 9th and the care was outstanding! The PA and nurse was very kind and caring. They gave me a shot and wrote me several prescriptions! I am feeling better already! I would highly recommend them! They really cared. Thank you, James
Fast accurate to my knowledge
Appt time was 3:40pm, waited until 4:35pm before being taken to exam room. Once there I was promptly treated and followed up with.
Waited an hour after my appointment to been seen. Also, the dog walking around on the front desk is unsanitary. The dog is cute for sure, but the doctor’s office is no place for an animal.

The good: Nurse and provider were very nice and thorough. The bad: Facility and restrooms were dirty. The lady at the front desk was rude and acted like everyone was bothering her, she was very unprofessional to 4 different patients I saw her interact with.

Child was seen on 1/6 at 2:30 for a UTI didn’t need an excuse for that day. Child had to miss school on 1/7 due to kidney pain from UTI office staff and Makayla directed they don’t give excuses for the day after appointment for UTI. Explained child’s underlying genetic condition and was denied again. I will go to my family doctor next time. The facility also had visible carpet bettles visible and was nasty.
