It took over an hour to be seen by a provider even though I had scheduled my 5pm appointments early that morning. I was there because of an abscessed tooth and needed antibiotics. I was called back to room 2 at 5:20, I waited there until 6:05 when the provider finally came to talk to me. Other than the extremely long wait time, my experience was good.
The nurse practitioner and medical assistant were great. The receptionist was rude and unprofessional. She was watching tv on her phone with the volume turned all the way up.
I don’t usually leave bad reviews but this is the slowest urgent care. Even with an appointment time it still takes at least an hour wait time to be seen. Seems like scheduling needs to be spread further apart if they are unable to take patients without that long of a wait time.
Staff was nice but there were kids running back n forth through the waiting room and rolling around in the floor. When you’re sick, you don’t want to sit with that. They didn’t even try to control the waiting room. Very slow service. Had to wait two hours.
Waited over two hours to be seen and it wasn’t busy at all.
The wait time wasn’t good I checked in online tonsave time I checked in when I got there and I sat for about 25 mins then the receptionist asked me to come up, to get me registered so me doing it online was a waste of time it took way longer than it should have, plus she should have registered me when I got there instead of me thinking I was checked in the whole dang time
Was not able to get X-rays of hip was told room was too small.
Had an appointment and was pre-registered, had sent in my ID & insurance information as requested the day before my appointment. Ended up having to wait for 2 hours before being called. There were 5 walk-ins seen before me. I was feeling really bad and didn’t feel like waiting around seeing people just come and go who hadn’t bothered to get an appointment—another lady with her little girl who was there before me, got up and left after waiting for an hour.
