Staff was friendly and great, however staff was having to clean the lobby because you all don’t hire a cleaner which is sad to make your nurses do that. They deserve a raise.
Made reice in 2wks been there over same illness co pay $50 each time an I asked yesterday if I could pay half of the $50 for yesterday visit an bill me an she said no gotta have it all so rude. I’m a single mom trying to work pay bills buy food an keep my kid healthy. It was embarrassing although I work an people setting there with medial cards being treated better
Pretty good. Completed registration online before the appointment and arrived 10 minutes early. Around 5 other people (who physically completed registration and arrived after I did) were called back before me and I sat there for around an hour while everyone else got called back. When asking why everyone got called back but me, they stated that there were different providers back there but I was magically the next person to get called back after calling them out.
