Came in for my ears to be cleaned out and left in pain
I was a pleasant experience. Everyone was pleasant and helpful
I was put on two different antibiotics for cellulitis. I ended up going to the hospital as they said to do if I started feeling worse. When I got to the hospital they informed me I didn’t have cellulitis and I was likely feeling sick due to the antibiotics I was put on at First Care that I was taking for no reason.
Such a caring PA. Sent me over to the ER as I was not improving. I am doing so much better today. Thank you!

PA was great. Super friendly, prescribed antibiotic and listed to concern. Nurse that took us back was very rude, had no bedside manner. Acted as though we were there for no reason. If I was to be called back by her again, I would probably walk out before I had to speak to her.
The dr was very rude. I am diabetic and I know my body more than any one. I had a severe sinus infection and have had one for 3 weeks cake and got medication but it wasn’t strong enough it almost went away and then came back. She was the dr that gave me the meds the first time I still have water on my ear it may not look yellow and may be clear but it won’t heal up or my head that has snot falling down my throat and my head sore with more medication I have came over there for years and years my whole family have never be... read more
Staff was friendly and great, however staff was having to clean the lobby because you all don’t hire a cleaner which is sad to make your nurses do that. They deserve a raise.
Made reice in 2wks been there over same illness co pay $50 each time an I asked yesterday if I could pay half of the $50 for yesterday visit an bill me an she said no gotta have it all so rude. I’m a single mom trying to work pay bills buy food an keep my kid healthy. It was embarrassing although I work an people setting there with medial cards being treated better
