Quick, efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable.
I’ve been here a few times now and the staff is always so friendly and professional. I can honestly say I’ve been very impressed with them! If you can’t get in to see your regular doctor I highly, highly recommend this place.
I was at the Corbin location late last night Feb, the 9th and the care was outstanding! The PA and nurse was very kind and caring. They gave me a shot and wrote me several prescriptions! I am feeling better already! I would highly recommend them! They really cared. Thank you, James
Fast accurate to my knowledge
Appt time was 3:40pm, waited until 4:35pm before being taken to exam room. Once there I was promptly treated and followed up with.
My appointment was at 11:00 am and I arrived at 10:40. I sat there almost 12 before I got called back. There was only 3 people and a cricket in the lobby. They were very short staffed for a Saturday which are always busy. Days. They were super nice from reception through treatment but the wait was too long. So it’s not the staffs fault it’s management and trying to save money at the expense of other peoples time.
Waiter over an hour after scheduled an appointment for 9:55. Say in the room for an extra 30 minutes after waiting over an hour. They helped me with one issue but the other I had to go see someone else. When I called later on in the day about getting a topical ointment for my cold sore along with the pill they prescribed they said they usually prescribe just the pill. But they’ll ask.
