Everyone was helpful and understanding.
Everyone done great. Everyone was very helpful. And the time getting through the visit was quick. I do like the Face Pace office.

Waited an hour after my appointment to been seen. Also, the dog walking around on the front desk is unsanitary. The dog is cute for sure, but the doctor’s office is no place for an animal.

The good: Nurse and provider were very nice and thorough. The bad: Facility and restrooms were dirty. The lady at the front desk was rude and acted like everyone was bothering her, she was very unprofessional to 4 different patients I saw her interact with.

Child was seen on 1/6 at 2:30 for a UTI didn’t need an excuse for that day. Child had to miss school on 1/7 due to kidney pain from UTI office staff and Makayla directed they don’t give excuses for the day after appointment for UTI. Explained child’s underlying genetic condition and was denied again. I will go to my family doctor next time. The facility also had visible carpet bettles visible and was nasty.

The receptionist was helpful. I had went online to another Fastpace office . And the receptionist had to fix the visit for me. Everything was quick a easy.
