First time in a long time, I had felt like a Dr. really cared about my health. I can in with phumonia the Dr was thorough with e rays and breathing treatment with helped a lot. My breathing treatments at home had not done very well. Also pharmacy’s were closing so I was given antibiotic shots in my hips to ensure I had meds in my body working until I got mine following day. The staff was great. The nurse was thorough in her pre assessment questions and immediately tested for strep throat. Sure enough when the Nurse Practitioner walked in the test had already been done and she knew my daughter was positive for strep. She was extremely nice, thorough in her physical exam. Told us what to expect with strep and steps to take against it at home. Sent in a prescription and my happy to say my daughter is feeling so much better already after 24 hours. It was a fast check in. The X-ray was timely snd the PA or whom ever came in checked my wrist told me what to do and she would call with the results of the X-ray so I didn’t have to stay there. She called told me the results said she would send X-ray to my orthopedic and call in sone meds. This was one of the fastest snd best experiences going to a clinic.
