Compassionate staff. They fixed me up after I had gotten careless with a box cutter. No complaints, they treated me well, and performed what was needed to get me on the road to recovery.

Woman at the desk was cool. They sent my medicine to the different side of town from where I live and I tried to get it and couldn't but I also didn't get asked which location by the Dr. I had a appointment and still waited for 2 and a half hours after the time of my appointment

My first time through I had to wait 30 minutes before being told a cost due to a lack of front desk staff. Had I known the cost beforehand I would have brought my insurance card initially, or went to get it before I was seen. Upon returning I was seen promptly with little to no wait. During the visit my blood pressure was taken by the first nurse/nurse assistant who saw me (unsure of the name). Walked in the clinic around 10 a.m. and left at 11:45. Waited long periods between seeing staff for ordering x ray and checking drug interactions only to discover she was seeing other patients instead of returning to our room. We gave up waiting for the results of X-rays. They called the following day with results. Upon leaving we noticed 4 people in waiting room. Staff was professional and pleasant but obviously stretched.

Receptionist ok but not especially welcoming The nurse took my info on post its. . The nurse practitioner was knowledgeable but not very personable. Probably will go to Norton’s the next time.

The practitioner did not seem to want to help. She didn’t bring enough supplies, made the comment to do so she would have to go to the supplies closet. If we are paying for a visit, the practitioner should be able/willing to go get the supplies needed for the visit. Practitioner did not dry appendage that was placed in a basin by nurse, did not offer to trim damaged nail, and struggled to apply basic bandages to injuries. I did not feel confident in the care received and felt like a nuisance for coming for care.

I stood at the front desk for over ten minutes waiting for someone because there was literally no one in sight when I came in to be seen. However after she finally came to the front desk it was a good experience I was seen quickly and out quickly.
