First time in a long time, I had felt like a Dr. really cared about my health. I can in with phumonia the Dr was thorough with e rays and breathing treatment with helped a lot. My breathing treatments at home had not done very well. Also pharmacy’s were closing so I was given antibiotic shots in my hips to ensure I had meds in my body working until I got mine following day. The staff was great. The nurse was thorough in her pre assessment questions and immediately tested for strep throat. Sure enough when the Nurse Practitioner walked in the test had already been done and she knew my daughter was positive for strep. She was extremely nice, thorough in her physical exam. Told us what to expect with strep and steps to take against it at home. Sent in a prescription and my happy to say my daughter is feeling so much better already after 24 hours. An appointment with my PCP was going to be six weeks away.. I was very pleased to be seen at First Care by M Alexander and out in about 30 minutes. Great service.
The staff is really good. They get you back quickly. And they’re always very kind and listen to me. This is definitely a good place to go if you’re needing quick care for minor medical issues.
