I was seen at your clinic yesterday for a minor illness. When checking in I was told that I had to pay a copay. My insurance doesn’t require a co pay due to my deductible plan that I have. The receptionist told me that I had to pay the 30.00 to be seen. I went back and forth with her a coupon of times but then said okay if that is what it says then I understand. Made an appointment, came 10 minutes before appointment as stated in confirmation text. 1 car in parking lot, 1 person waiting in waiting area. Another customer came in 40 minutes after me and was taken back with 5 minutes. I waited over 1 hour and 20 minutes. Aide did not listen correctly to my symptoms and was quickly brushed off my nurse that nothing was wrong. WAITED WAY TO LONG for no diagnosis. Can assure you I will never be back
Did not have a appointment - went as a walk-in. Was processed immediately by the receptionist and after a short wait approximately 15 minutes was taken to a room. The nurse took vitals and gathered info about reason for visit. Very shortly DR MOLLY ALEXANDER Checked means ordered some tests. So pleased with the short waiting time and the kind and courteous treatment I received. Excellent visit
