Quick and great bedside manner
No wait hardly at all. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Cindy was the physician who saw me, and she was great.

Very helpful an understanding
I was a very sick person but you guys took very good care of me.The staff was top notch from the greeting at front desk to the nurse who saw me first. I didn’t have to wait long but I made an appointment online the same morning. The nurse was friendly, kind and very good at her job. I had a fever and I was given Tylenol by her with a cup of ice water. The NP was also very nice and professionally compassionate. Frankfort is lucky to have First Care. Thank you guys for taking such good care of me!
