I had an appointment scheduled beforehand and it still took 2 hours. I had to wait to see a provider for about 30-40 minutes. Then I was called back and just had a routine test. After that, I had to wait over an hour to see the provider for him to talk to me for 45 seconds. The rest was fine, but for me to have an appointment, it took way too long.

Worst visit to a walk in clinic ever. The employee said that they did not give shots or prescriptions for medication. She told me that there wasn’t anything wrong with me. I’ve never been treated like this before. I will never go back and I won’t recommend this clinic to anyone.

I just received a call stating that I had H-flu. The “nurse” that gave me the news didn’t even know what H-flu was. She stated that multiple times and that she was “just relaying the message”. Embarrassing. I was told that I was fine to return to work by the DOCTOR the day I was seen and that I was not contagious. I work around patients in an OR, some are immunocompromised, elderly, and ill. I also requested a specific swab test to be sent in, twice, and was told that the doctor never ordered it. I’ve come to this location twice and both time I was there for ever 3 hours. There was nothing fast about fast paste!
I had a scheduled appointment in since didn’t get out of there about 2 to 3 hours
Front desk and physician were very kind. Nurse was not. Very dismissive
