Even though the wait was a little long I was treated really well and the ladies were very friendly, very respectful and professional.

Fast service the only downside is I needed pain management and they don’t help with that
I was very sick and these nurses done everything they could to help me. I appreciated their care very much. It’s good when you’re sick to have people like this to help you.
Service was great. I was in and out in 45 minutes.
Everything was good maybe a little slow on getting done
I was told to be there at 1:50 PM. It was after 2:00 when they took me back. They took vitals and told “She” would be in to see me as quick as she could. After waiting for about an hour I left. As I was going out the door I told them they needed to change their name to Slow Pace. The woman said well there was 6 in front you. When you’re sick and come to the doctor you don’t feel like sitting around with other sick people and you sure don’t like being left in an exam room for that length of time. I typically always come to fast pace for my asthma. I have always dealt with it all my life so I know what works and what doesn’t. Typically I go to the Livingston location but I was going to Jamestown anyways so I went there. The lady who I seen seemed very dismissive when I tried to explain what we always do so I don’t end up coming back in a few days or worse having to go to the er. When I went in and filled out paperwork I put my pharmacy info in then when I was with the dr I again gave the pharmacy info and then when the dr said they were calling a prescription I again confirmed the pharmacy. I left the dr office and went to the pharmacy and my prescription wasn’t there. I waited thinking I got there before it came through 30 minutes later and still no prescription so I called the office back and they put me on hold and hung up on me.
