I typically always come to fast pace for my asthma. I have always dealt with it all my life so I know what works and what doesn’t. Typically I go to the Livingston location but I was going to Jamestown anyways so I went there. The lady who I seen seemed very dismissive when I tried to explain what we always do so I don’t end up coming back in a few days or worse having to go to the er. When I went in and filled out paperwork I put my pharmacy info in then when I was with the dr I again gave the pharmacy info and then when the dr said they were calling a prescription I again confirmed the pharmacy. I left the dr office and went to the pharmacy and my prescription wasn’t there. I waited thinking I got there before it came through 30 minutes later and still no prescription so I called the office back and they put me on hold and hung up on me. The nurse that took me back could be nicer Betty at front desk is always nice and the doctors are nice too
We waited nearly 3 hours to be seen in the room. The one doctor that was there was awesome but there were no nurses. Only one doctor doin everything. She definitely needed help. I saw 3 people leave because it was taking too long. 2 of the people had kids who needed to be seen.
While it’s nice to have a facility available when the regular dr offices are closed, it doesn’t do a lot of good if they can’t do the swabs correctly in order to give a correct diagnosis. Took my daughter in after she had been running a high fever for 3 days with little relief from ibuprofen/Tylenol (she started on a Friday night and it was a holiday weekend). They did swabs for Covid, strep and flu and said all were negative and simply said it was a virus that is to run its course. Didn’t really look at her or check her out... read more
Simple drug screen.
I set up a time of visit checked in on line walk in wait time was 15 minutes at the time I set appt got there waited an hour in my car following the instructions on line waited for someone to reach out finally walked in and told them I was there and waited an hour already did not feel doctor really listened to me told her the day before discharge from my nose was green all day even after blowing it out And around 3pm color changed to a yellowish white thick discharge then back to green and I have been sick since Friday fever... read more
Had an appt time of 5:49pm and made the appt early morning and get there before appt time and it was 730 when we even went back and didn’t get out of there until after 8 which was AFTER closing time. Need more drs or less talking to get people in and out
