Had a bit of a wait time in the exam room- but can understand with the limited staff they had and with an emergency suturing. Once we were seen, was quick and very friendly

Could not fully pre register becuase I was unable to put my insurance info in on my phone. There was a bit of a misunderstanding regarding that with receptionist so I had to wait quite a while even though I did arrive 10 min before my scheduled time. There were only 2 people in waiting room when I arrived so I thought I would be seen more quickly. All of the staff was very professional and courteous. The medical staff was attentive and thorough. Although all tests were negative, they treated based on symptoms and visual observations. I appreciate not assuming 100% accuracy in tests.
