The staff was very friendly caring the nurse practitioner was very knowledgeable I had been there about a year ago and saw Jenny Cooper I wasn’t impressed at all

I went in with a sinus infection and I had fluid in both ears. The nurse practitioner that I saw was very kind, informed, knowledgeable, and empathetic. She prescribed for me to get a Rocephin shot and a steroid shot. I feel better this morning than I have in over a week and a half. I will take the Cefdinir and Fluticasone nasal spray that she prescribed. My primary physician was on vacation, and I’m so thankful I went to Fast Pace. The staff was amazing, Jenny Cooper and the nurses were helpful and friendly. I have trusted them with a lot of my healthcare lately. Seriously can’t say enough good things about my experience with them.

Had a bit of a wait time in the exam room- but can understand with the limited staff they had and with an emergency suturing. Once we were seen, was quick and very friendly

Could not fully pre register becuase I was unable to put my insurance info in on my phone. There was a bit of a misunderstanding regarding that with receptionist so I had to wait quite a while even though I did arrive 10 min before my scheduled time. There were only 2 people in waiting room when I arrived so I thought I would be seen more quickly.
