The front desk attendant was so nice and helpful from the minute I walked in. The MA who took me back to the exam room was so nice and the NP was quick but to the point, had my prescription ready within minutes of leaving. Great experience all around.

I was seen very quickly, which was great and overall it was an okay experience. The NP was a little strange. I probably won’t be back because my whole experience was very bizarre. When he put a bandaid on my head he looked at my husband and said “doesn’t she look beautiful.” Seemed condescending. I would have felt very uncomfortable had my husband not been there with me. Very strange bedside manner. I’ll probably go elsewhere next time, for a more professional medical experience.

This urgent care is the definition of everything wrong with profit-driven medicine. The doctor I saw was careless and negligent—she didn’t even bother to properly document my visit or the plan we discussed. She told me directly that if I wasn’t better in a few days, I should call and she’d send in a prescription. Simple enough, right?
