The NP was great but there was nothing fast paced about this place. I created an appointment and did all my registration online and still waited over an hour to be seen. I was there for 2 hours.

Should be called ‘Slow Pace Health’ - took us over two and a half hours. The nurse practitioner Jennifer was awesome but the rest of the staff were very poor at managing expectations when it came to the wait times. Wish I could give them zero stars. We probably will never go back. (Note: I don’t know who helped us—we did not see name tags—so I picked the first name on the list below.)

Had to come in twice. First visit, I was testing for strep, covid, and flu with a positive strep test and was prescribed antibiotics. Came back in a few days later because the antibiotics weren’t working. I had to pay for another visit, just for Shelby to be frankly kind of rude and tell me she thought I had the flu. Didn’t retest or anything though, just said that’s what she thought, and if I continued to throw up the antibiotics, I may need to go to the hospital. What’s the point of making an appointment if they are going to take walkins before you. That is an awful concept and very unfair. I will never go back because of this. Perhaps you should only allot so many appointments throughout the day and then do a more walkin clinic approach. Appointments are worthless if you are waiting 30+ minutes after a walk in.

this place puts you on ignore when you call and they cannot be that busy. I understand they make you an appointment and see you later in the day. so the service is terrible when you try to talk live with someone. Its always a red flag when you cannot get through to talk to someone in a timely manner. Thats what happens when you try to go to a big corporate owned clinic. They are clearly too busy to serve people in a timely manner. An awful clinic from the get go.

This was a total disaster, I have never been to a clinic this unprofessional. I was informed you had no X-ray when My neighbor was there the week before and received one on his foot, I suspect there was no tect. there to operate. Lady at front desk was chewing gum loudly with nails so long she had to use one finger to type. No way I would recommend this place.

The attending PA was not much help. Really didn’t provide much knowledge, seemed to be in a hurry. My previous experiences at this office were of top quality which is why I keep going back as needed. I will reconsider on my next need…
