Good experience. Came for a drug screen. I showed up without an appointment (my error). Was sent away to come back a few hours later. Given the lack of activity/patients at the clinic, it seemed I could have just given a urine sample and not be required to return.

I have been coming to this place since I was a kid, this particular experience was not that great. I got checked in with ease and the receptionist was very nice and helped me get put onto the wait list. I’m not sure if the girls in the back were unaware that the door was open. But I could hear everything they were saying. I had written on my comments sections talking about my symptoms trying my best to explain what was happening to me and the reason I came to visit them. Lady at the front desk was great Dr was great, however my prescription was sent to the wrong pharmacy and I told it twice where to send it, not Kroger but Walgreens in Lawrenceburg Ky

The health department recommended that I go to the Dr. and have a stool test or swab to see if I had a foodborne illness. Despite giving them that information I was tested for the usual (flu Covid strep etc) which all came back negative. After waiting for a good amount of time - the Dr came in - never giving me any kind of examination - did not listen to my heart nor my stomach.
