Everyone was nice when I arrived. I was the only one in the waiting room. I finished the paperwork which was like a psych evaluation. No one asked for real medical history. It was not like a real doctor visit. No questions about my blood pressure, meds, past surgeries, etc. No, they just wanted to know if I was going to kill myself. It was highly offensive. Very slow, they didn't offer a wheelchair while I was trying my best to walk on both of my injured feet. I had to ask about a wheelchair. They talked in the hallway instead of trying to get people in and out and there was only 2 people working there. I will Not return!
I had a very poor experience at fast pace in Leitchfield. I left feeling unvalued and disrespected as a patient. While the provider was not rude, she showed no empathy or professionalism to best determine what was causing my symptoms. Critical thinking from my provider as to what was causing my illness was not present, and I felt more informed/educated following my own google search and medical background. I would not recommend Fast Pace. The hours state they are open to five pm. The website also states they are still accepting Walk Ins. I arrived with my sick daughter at 425 and was said they are no longer taking walk ins today. They were extremely rude. They should update they operating hours if they are not taking walk ins. This is a poor way to run a medical facility and I would not recommend to anyone. My adult son had a fever of 102.3. We got there at 7:45 pm (close at 8) and they would not see him. I said, so you don't actually close at 8. You close before 8. The female (I cannot call her a lady) at the front desk said there were still several people back there to be seen. I could have built a house in the parking lot and not touched a car. I guess all of them walked to get there. It's bad enough they wouldn't see him but to lie about it is totally worthless.
