Everyone was nice when I arrived. I was the only one in the waiting room. I finished the paperwork which was like a psych evaluation. No one asked for real medical history. It was not like a real doctor visit. No questions about my blood pressure, meds, past surgeries, etc. No, they just wanted to know if I was going to kill myself. It was highly offensive. Very slow, they didn't offer a wheelchair while I was trying my best to walk on both of my injured feet. I had to ask about a wheelchair. They talked in the hallway instead of trying to get people in and out and there was only 2 people working there. I will Not return!

I had a very poor experience at fast pace in Leitchfield. I left feeling unvalued and disrespected as a patient. While the provider was not rude, she showed no empathy or professionalism to best determine what was causing my symptoms. Critical thinking from my provider as to what was causing my illness was not present, and I felt more informed/educated following my own google search and medical background.
