Well I was pleased at the speed that my visit took place. However my wife was seen the previous day with pretty much same symptoms and was prescribed a prescription cough syrup and I was not. It’s been two days since my visit and I don’t feel any better.
I did get good treatment but had to wait over an hour from my appt time.

I was almost over the experience I had but then I received a text urging me to review your services and I thought maybe I should. I never review things. I do love to praise local people and businesses but it’s rare that I ever voice my opinion on bad service and professionalism. My nurse practitioner needs to take time to learn her patients more. Service was good. Wait time once brought back to a room was very long.
Meant to say 5 stars☹️Visit was ok,not much on going to Dr offices,etc..But went well other than that.

The lady at the front window yelled personal information across the lobby. Including insurance information.Once seen by the provider she handed me a doctors note, excusing my child for one day of missing school. Before she assessed him, she didn’t even listen to his heart before she gave me an excuse, telling me he could go back to school the following day. The nurse practitioner was extremely rude nasty and every time I brought up anything she said, “ that is above my pay grade, can’t do anything for you.” You should go back to your pulmonologist and tell him to finish his job.” I have never been treated so disrespectful in 65 years. I only returned to Fast Pace because my first experience was good.
