The lady at the front window yelled personal information across the lobby. Including insurance information.Once seen by the provider she handed me a doctors note, excusing my child for one day of missing school. Before she assessed him, she didn’t even listen to his heart before she gave me an excuse, telling me he could go back to school the following day. The nurse practitioner was extremely rude nasty and every time I brought up anything she said, “ that is above my pay grade, can’t do anything for you.” You should go back to your pulmonologist and tell him to finish his job.” I have never been treated so disrespectful in 65 years. I only returned to Fast Pace because my first experience was good.
I tested positive for Covid at home and tested positive there on Sunday 2/6/23. The NP said she did not prescribe Plaxlovid. Was informed to call my family doctor. Did nothing for me. I am very sick and cannot remember my providers name.
Good except the check in is excessive and the wait time was way to long. All staff was nice and helpful.
The lady at the front desk had a horrible tone and attitude towards everyone she talked to. The young lady who took care of me in the back was extremely kind and polite.
