Went to Fast Pace with Covid/flu/pneumonia symptoms today at 9:20am. Thanks to the online registration, my wait was only about 5 minutes. After seeing the NP, she ordered a chest X-ray (their machine was broken) to be done at the hospital. She assured me that she would call with my results and a plan of treatment within 2 hours. I called at 2 pm and was told the results were not available yet. I called again at 430 pm and again was told that they had not received the results. I have good insurance and have never had a bill unpaid. However, today when I tried to be seen I was required to pay $75 up front. Apparently this is a new policy. So I’m assuming if multiple members of my family need to be seen at the same time every one must pay $75. This policy is absolutely ridiculous! I’m sorry people don’t pay their bills but I’m not sure why I should be punished because of it. I won’t be back as long as this is a requirement!

I HAVE GOT TEST ON MY COLON FOR E.COLI AND I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR 3 WEEKS AND WEDNESDAY THEY CALLED AT 9 OR 8 CLOCK I HAVE BEEN SICK FOR 3 WEEKS AND NOW THE SICKNESS IS GETTING WORSER I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL I COULD HAVE DIE FOR WAITING THIS LONG BUT THAT'S OK BECAUSE MY DR IS TAKING CARE OF ME I WILL NEVER GO BACK TOO FAST PACE

Last night my 89 year old papaw. Was taken up there for severe pain in his side. Sit up there for over an hour. Got all of his information, vitals, symptoms. He was very sick. Lady came in didn’t do anything for him and told him there was nothing she could do so take him to the ER. Well he went to the ER and was diagnosed with Severe UTI. I was very unhappy with care that was provided. I came in with flu symptoms and wheezing in my chest. Was not tested for the flu and she barely listened to my breathing before saying I was fine. She never looked in my throat or ears ( which I told them felt like they was about to explode). She prescribed me an antibiotic ( z-pack) she said in case there was any pneumonia! While I agree that they are fast to check in and take vitals, I don't agree with their bedside manner. I took my son, who has anxiety and autism, there for treatment. He has complained about his ears, throat, and head hurting, as well as running a fever and vomiting. When they tried to test him for the flu and for strep, they were rushing him and being somewhat condescending to him. The nurse practitioner I had today was a prime example of people working for money and not for passion. She did not listen to me as a paying customer. I have never felt more disrespected. I will never go back.

staff has always been friendly. However, just received my bill, and I'm not happy.. I was charged about $260 for an office visit and a steroid shot. After insurance paid I still owe $150ish. Which is crazy when self pay is $85. Do I will be checking out other urgent care or from now on I will be self pay.
