They are very quick. Sometimes it’s hit or miss. Some providers are more sympathetic than others. If a few had better bedside manor, I would give 5 stars.
Asked for a shot and z- pack got a shot and cough syrup . Now today I have ears and throat worse than before and traveling. On the road trying to find a Dr that will listen and help
All they could advise me was to buy medicine over the counter. However my insurance will not pay for over the counter medication. I feel like I was robbed of the $55. Copay. I want a refund.

Terrible. Wait time was excessive. Nurse practitioner was extraordinarily rude and did not take my symptoms seriously. I rarely seek medical treatment and it is experiences like this that drives me away from seeking care. When I tried to explain a symptom to the nurse practitioner, she responded “Well, that isn’t our fault” after I waited in a room unseen by her for well over an hour. Well I was pleased at the speed that my visit took place. However my wife was seen the previous day with pretty much same symptoms and was prescribed a prescription cough syrup and I was not. It’s been two days since my visit and I don’t feel any better.
I did get good treatment but had to wait over an hour from my appt time.

I was almost over the experience I had but then I received a text urging me to review your services and I thought maybe I should. I never review things. I do love to praise local people and businesses but it’s rare that I ever voice my opinion on bad service and professionalism. My nurse practitioner needs to take time to learn her patients more.
