Great Had to wait quite awhile, but expected that with all the people who are sick.

After I got into the room, I sit there for an hour. Nobody never came in, so I went home.

Hour and a half wait. Followed by the Dr prescribing mucinex. Medicine I had already informed her that I was currently on. This place is a joke.

Kandace wall at the leitchfield ky location was in and out I feel like my concerns were not heard gave me nothing for my stomach went and got a second opinion at Baptist health and they were kind and listened to me will be going to them from here on

Visited earlier in month, received ABX tx, after completing, pharmacy notify of 2nd ABX. Had to call fast pace and ask if prescribed. Completed 2nd ABX, still not cured. Went back for second appt, NP asked me why I had 2 abx, bc of culture which she should have known. Bri Proceeded to tell me I have a chronic issue! No! I needed a stronger ABX! Not happy at all with second visit. Then received a text saying I have a F/U appt scheduled that I did not consent to. Do not ever plan to return if other places are open.

My appointment was for 12:25 . Was 2:00 when I got in to see the nurse practitioner. She was nice and I really liked her . The wait time was just too long when I had made an appointment the day before online .

I was stung by a wasp and am highly allergic to bee stings. I sat in the waiting room for over 45 minutes before being taken back to a room because no doctor was there yet. After finally being seen I was given a shot and told to go to the ER. I should have been advised immediately that there wasn’t anyone there to see me as soon as I got there given the fact I am extremely allergic to bee stings and was having symptoms upon arrival to the clinic.

I went there for few years and was satisfied with the care but the last time I was there which was last year I went there I was having occasional palpitations which wasn't why I made the appointment . They attempted a EKG which was a joke and then the nurse looked at the strip and told me I was having a heart attack and would call an ambulance. I refused that and went to a emergency room and was told me my heart was good and no heart attack had happened . I found this very upsetting and refused to go there again

They were rude and arrogant and didn’t seem to know what they’re talking about. They were hateful and we had to wait three hours for test results. That should’ve never took three hours
