I would not recommend Fast Pace. The hours state they are open to five pm. The website also states they are still accepting Walk Ins. I arrived with my sick daughter at 425 and was said they are no longer taking walk ins today. They were extremely rude. They should update they operating hours if they are not taking walk ins. This is a poor way to run a medical facility and I would not recommend to anyone. My adult son had a fever of 102.3. We got there at 7:45 pm (close at 8) and they would not see him. I said, so you don't actually close at 8. You close before 8. The female (I cannot call her a lady) at the front desk said there were still several people back there to be seen. I could have built a house in the parking lot and not touched a car. I guess all of them walked to get there. It's bad enough they wouldn't see him but to lie about it is totally worthless.
With an appointment still waited 2 hours! Walks ins were told their wait would be 2 1/2 hours. Having an appointment really doesn’t have any advantage.
I'll just hope the arpn was experiencing one of her worst days ever and that the lack of people skills isn't her norm. Everyone else were completely fine but I or my son will never go back.
I was exposed to Covid, and used your walk in service. I stood in line to register was was told to use the kios computer. I completed the form and waited . Noticing several people go ahead of me, I asked the receptionist where I was listed to go in. She told me my form had not transferred to her computer, but she graciously completed it for me and that I should go next to see Provider. She also said I owed $30 co pay. I went to get tested for Covid because I had symptoms. My spouse tested positive the day before. My test came back negative. I get told to self quarantine for 5 days. I asked for a note for work, they said they don’t do that. I told work and they said without a note I have to go in. That’s fine and dandy. When others start getting sick it’s on you. Fast Pace in Leitchfield Kentucky is awful.

My son went tonight and they only tested him for flu and Covid. He was negative for both and the nurse practitioner didn’t even look at him and said they couldn’t do anything for him! I paid $35 co pay for nothing. Next time I will drive to etown. 😡

This place doesn't close for over an hour...parking lot not nearly full...I was told to piss off regarding a COVID test...takes 15 minutes to do test...would be nice to know why I cant breathe. typical Leitchfield bullshit.
Save your time! It’s not a urgent care it’s a dr office. Must have a appt 🤦🏼♀️
