The Dr and nurse was amazing but the front reception was rude and short, she may have just been having a bad day but so was my granddaughter
I went to get checked n they said I’m negative for Covid, RVS , and flue. She didn’t do X-Ray. She diagnosed me with pneumonia. And prescribed me Doxycycline 100ml. I took it and I got so sick and vomiting
Received appointment but was seen almost 2 hours after.
NP was fine; medical assistant was rude, basically a smartass toward me, and abusive in her actions in obtaining swabs for testing, unnecessarily rough in the procedure . Refused to allow her to give the shot due to this! The NP was very professional, kind and did come into give me the shot.

Sat there an hr and felt like a walk in went back before we did. The millington location is always under staffed. You can call your company fast pace if you don’t stock the proper amount of employees there for it to be that. What you have right now is slow pace. One nurse to deal with every patient is uncalled for and not fair to the lady you are putting all the work off on. Also wouldn’t call it urgent care either due to the under staffed schedule.
The service was slow. I walk in at 5:38 pm, and finished me at 7:45 pm. But friendly Nurse & Dr.
Very professional and Great !!!! Love coming to this Clinic!! And I wanted to give you 5 plus stars hit the wrong key !!!

I scheduled a time online in order to expedite my appointment, but after doing so got a confirmation that it’s not an actual appointment, just a reminder basically. No matter because I had to do a drug screen for work so no choice. The morning of I received an email to “register” to speed things up, but your site was down.
