Sat there an hr and felt like a walk in went back before we did. The millington location is always under staffed. You can call your company fast pace if you don’t stock the proper amount of employees there for it to be that. What you have right now is slow pace. One nurse to deal with every patient is uncalled for and not fair to the lady you are putting all the work off on. Also wouldn’t call it urgent care either due to the under staffed schedule.

The service was slow. I walk in at 5:38 pm, and finished me at 7:45 pm. But friendly Nurse & Dr.

I scheduled a time online in order to expedite my appointment, but after doing so got a confirmation that it’s not an actual appointment, just a reminder basically. No matter because I had to do a drug screen for work so no choice. The morning of I received an email to “register” to speed things up, but your site was down. Once I got there the receptionist tells me to register as well but YOUR site was down. FRONT DESK WAS AWESOME,,, BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CONCERNING AND QUICK TO HELP🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽 THE DOCTOR ON DUTY BEARLY CHECK ME OUT,,, I WAS WEE-ZING WITH TIGHTNESS IN MY CHEST,,, HE RUSHED THROUGH THE EXAM AND GAVE ME A PRESCRIPTION FOR A PUMP AND SAID HE WOULD SEND A PRESCRIPTION FOR COUCH MEDICINE AND DIDNT UNTIL I CALLED BACK 3 TIMES AND AN FAILED ATTEMPT FROM MY PHARMACY 🤦🏽‍♀️

very rude person that took my vitals and ask why i’m there i showed her the bites on hand and foot she said you came here for insect bites? what do you think he can do for that? i told them i’m highly slllergic to bites They did nothing the next day my hand and foot were swollen double with red strikes i immediately went to Methodist got shot and three prescriptions i ve never been treated like that before in my life and i don’t feel like i should get chsrged for that visit a wasted trip!

I do not leave reviews on anything. I would say I have left 4 reviews in my life. This Fast Pace was impressively awful. I came in on 2/16/24 for a pretty routine workup for possible strep/sinus infection and my goodness what a time. My appointment was set for 2:06pm I arrived at that exact time and paid my copay at 2:08 (per my receipt). I sat in the lobby for an hour and five minutes waiting to go back. I arrived in the back at 3:15 PM and the nurse took vitals and swabbed for COVID, Strep, and the Flu. She left at 3:20PM.... read more
