Brought my daughter in for a but bite and ear infection. Was told her left ear was infected and her right ear was ok. Sent home with amoxicillin and ointment. Took her to her pediatricians office today as a follow up, her left ear is actually fine. Her right ear is so infected her doctor could see pus. She also has cellulitis in her foot, the one in which I brought her in for originally. So, the original antibiotics that were prescribed to her for her bite and ears would only have helped her ears. Very sick for 3 days n dr gave me a rx to dry up allergies. Coughing so hard like puemonia so i requested a chest xray. Dr would not do it. Pretty sure i would never visit there again

The timing was great. I was seen very quickly. Sever pain and swelling in my shoulder area affecting my left arm and neck.No X-rays or examination of the area affected. I guess the lady doctor thought I was druggy wanted drugs, I’m 72 years old I don’t drink or do drugs. The doctor gave me 3 pills to take at bedtime to help relax my muscles at 2mg a piece. And prescribe Tylenol for pain. Sorry but what a waste of time and money. For now on I go to my primary doctor. I came here as a emergency measure.

I was fine until the next day everything was going good but my hand swelled back up

The Dr and nurse was amazing but the front reception was rude and short, she may have just been having a bad day but so was my granddaughter
I went to get checked n they said I’m negative for Covid, RVS , and flue. She didn’t do X-Ray. She diagnosed me with pneumonia. And prescribed me Doxycycline 100ml. I took it and I got so sick and vomiting
Received appointment but was seen almost 2 hours after.
NP was fine; medical assistant was rude, basically a smartass toward me, and abusive in her actions in obtaining swabs for testing, unnecessarily rough in the procedure . Refused to allow her to give the shot due to this! The NP was very professional, kind and did come into give me the shot.
