FRONT DESK WAS AWESOME,,, BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CONCERNING AND QUICK TO HELP🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽 THE DOCTOR ON DUTY BEARLY CHECK ME OUT,,, I WAS WEE-ZING WITH TIGHTNESS IN MY CHEST,,, HE RUSHED THROUGH THE EXAM AND GAVE ME A PRESCRIPTION FOR A PUMP AND SAID HE WOULD SEND A PRESCRIPTION FOR COUCH MEDICINE AND DIDNT UNTIL I CALLED BACK 3 TIMES AND AN FAILED ATTEMPT FROM MY PHARMACY 🤦🏽♀️
very rude person that took my vitals and ask why i’m there i showed her the bites on hand and foot she said you came here for insect bites? what do you think he can do for that? i told them i’m highly slllergic to bites They did nothing the next day my hand and foot were swollen double with red strikes i immediately went to Methodist got shot and three prescriptions i ve never been treated like that before in my life and i don’t feel like i should get chsrged for that visit a wasted trip!
I do not leave reviews on anything. I would say I have left 4 reviews in my life. This Fast Pace was impressively awful. I came in on 2/16/24 for a pretty routine workup for possible strep/sinus infection and my goodness what a time. My appointment was set for 2:06pm I arrived at that exact time and paid my copay at 2:08 (per my receipt). I sat in the lobby for an hour and five minutes waiting to go back. I arrived in the back at 3:15 PM and the nurse took vitals and swabbed for COVID, Strep, and the Flu. She left at 3:20PM.... read more
Waited over an hour after my scheduled time.
While the staff was professional and friendly, I went in with a “specific” medical issue and was misdiagnosis of having an illness unrelated to my medical issue I was complaining about. I was given a 5 day prescription in hope of relief. Upon completion of the prescription, nothing changed in my condition, instead, my medical issue just got worse. I ended up going to the ER where my medical issue was properly evaluated and resolved.
Each person was very professional and polite. I'm very pleased with being treated like I was their only patient and that wasn't so. By the way, I'm eighty five years old and been to many healthcare facilities. Thank you and Happy Holidays. Jesus loves you.
Made appointment for 12:30. Still waiting at 1:30. Meanwhile the guy with a 12:45 appointment already got pulled back ahead of me. Absolutely redicuculous and senseless..
The experience was horrible. The front desk clerk was professional. The remaining staff members are unprofessional, loud, playful, childish in a professional setting. The xray tech talks far too much. It’s a professional regarding medical care which is important not a night club. Staff members should be trained class and professional behaviors.I would never return to such of a place.
