As a nurse I tend to stay away from clinics when it comes to my kids. But today I had no choice as my kids peds office was full.We were called back quickly and the PA was thorough with his exam, had excellent bedside manner, and was good with my kids. He made sure my son, who had a high temp got meds quickly and had the nurses check on him continuously for an hour until his fever broke and we got to leave.

Urgent care is decent. Ortho PA needs more education on the current standard of care. She was rude, didn’t listen, and doesn’t understand current medical standards. Refused to listen and clearly had no desire to even provide a service. Do NOT trust their billing practices. Waited 2hrs for them to refuse me service because of my disability, and then called the cops on me as I was leaving because their exam table shifted under my weight and bumped the wall. They told the cops I was being belligerent and trashing the exam room. If I could give these people a 0/5 I would. Absolute trash, I'll never set foot in there again. You dont get to outsource violence on the disabled just because we're not convenient for you. You'll be hearing from my attorney.

Worst medical clinic experience ever. Almost 2 hours in waiting room, rude receptionist, closed her little window on me, wanted to keep my cc # on file because they couldn't figure out my copay?? So I overpaid by $50 because I refused to leave my card number on file. Finally put in an exam room where we listened to nurses and doctors laughing and having a party?? while we continued to wait another 20 minutes for the doctor to actually come in and see my son for his ear infection. Visited Morristown tn location with son. He got antibiotics & steroids called in. They were supposed to fax his school excuse and did not. Called back after a day and they said I would have to bring him back in (another 250.00 bill). She also told me to call my pediatrician or someone who cared. Slow-pace sucks.

billing was horrible to deal with. a card was not put in the system after I handed the card to front desk this was years ago lol no biggie things happen. one of my insurance kept calling them no answer when they finally got an answer the person over billing said they wanted to hear from me no biggie so I call the bill was for 2019. when I expressed that I had 2 insurance then the lady wanted to argue and treat me as if I was in the wrong and accused me of not giving the card to front desk then wanted to get snappy and rude. ... read more
