Took my son there for eye irritation only to be told to go to ER. Dr didn’t even take a look at his eye but yet they take your money upfront. I have never been to an urgent care facility that took the money and run like this one. Poor service. This was not an emergency as it wasn’t life threatening, this was a simple visit to have a dr look at the eye

This is the worse place for having appointment and still have to wait for two hours and half to be seen . Why make appointments if the staff isn't going to make sure there seen before a walk in is . i know its flu season and alot of people are sick but come on .

Got ripped off of $75. Was told at desk they could treat an ingrown toenail and they took the money. When the N.P. came in the first thing she said before even looking at it was that she didn't cut ingrown toenails. Said they didn't even have anything to numb it. How do they suture a cut if they can't even give you a local? I've had this procedure done before at other places, and it's not that difficult. She sent antibiotics to my pharmacy and told me to take them and get a pedicure. I came in because I was in pain, and left... read more

They say walk in accepted but those are lies better make a appointment online and don't plan to get seen if you get there early. I was first to check in so my daughter could be seen, big mistake the staff didn't see her till the appointment time on the website that they set and it opens at 8am. the whole lobby sat for 20 min while staff weren't seeing any patients. I will not be back after this.

Receptionst was rude! Nurse was rude as HELL kept interrupting me when I was trying to explain what was wrong with my daughter. The Dr however was very nice Thank god but overall would never recommend! Didn't even call all of meds in. Totally useless

Absolutely disappointed in the lack of assessment and treatment my God-daughter received today. It's rather magical to never touch a patient, but be able to diagnose costochondritis and prescribe steroids and recommend Ortho for what turned out to be hematuria secondary to a stone. A differential for acute low back pain and CVA tenderness includes GU disorders. I hope the insurance balks on that Chest X-Ray.

Terrible care today from a practitioner. She actually left during my daughters diagnosis and never returned! When we asked where she was and the orders she gave ( my daughter was suppose to get meds and shots for a sinus infection) we were told by a loud rude “nurse”?? Not sure who she was but was told the NP left for the day!! All the while I was not allowed to go back with my daughter to see this NP even tho the note on the door plainly states I can bc if her disability! We were treated rudely and I will not be back there.... read more
