Wait was long , dr and nurses were great
Appointment was at 4:28 PM, I waited until near 5PM to even be took back into a room. The staff was very friendly though.
The wait time for a pre-employment drug test shouldn’t have been an hour and the waiting room reminded me of Saul Goodman’s waiting room. That being said, I did give this place three stars because the staff were very friendly to me. Even to the man who sat there and cussed them up until he got called back.
The drs and nurses where great the front staff was a little rude the wait time is unreal we were there for 3 hours
Waited 5 minutes at check-in window for receptionist to acknowledge I was there before finally having to interrupt her to ask for assistance. Was told I needed to wait until she was finished with what she was doing. Ultimately she never assisted me. Another receptionist assisted me and was very helpful. Waited an hour past appt time to be seen. Nurse and doctor were professional and helpful.

Wait time was exceptionally long. Even after waiting 1 hr for the appointment time. Then another hour past the appointment time I had to ask about my spot in line. It was showing 1. However two other people went ahead of me. After asking the receptionist it appeared bc my payment was not collected it was not allowing me to go back. After going back I waited another hour or longer. No one came to the room until I opened the door. Was there over 3 hrs to see the provider for less than 5 min. After getting there in the morning had to have an appointment after 5 o’clock still took two hours to see the doctor.doctor enter the room total of 5minutes
