I went in today and asked the lady at the front desk if they can do my physical for school, and I need a tb skin test. She said yes. I waited in the lobby over 2 hours which was fine as long as I was gonna get my physical. Then when I got called back the nurse was rude and hateful and told me they don’t do physicals on Sundays & they don’t do shots. Well, I already had all my shots... all I needed was tb skin test. Close down. They have almost killed me 2 times.
Took my 1 year old son here this morning at 8am with a fever of 102.5. By the time i drove an hour to get here the feverall kicked in and his temp broke. I was seen the saturday before due to working for the sheriffs dept, (both times in uniform). With them knowing i have a contagious bacteria infection, they still did not test my child for anything because he wasn’t running a temp while he was there. I was highly aggravated sat in the lobby for 15 minutes no big deal then got called into the room sat there for nearly 2h for the doctor whatever they are to tell me nearly everything that I was there for they couldn't see me for any of it. couldn't have said something at the start? it was a waist of time!!!!

This place is a joke !!!! Won’t see someone who possibly has MRSA because you don’t want to deal with it? People die from that!! Told me since I wouldn’t give them my past medical history they wouldn’t see me ? This visit had nothing to do with my past medical records.

By not incorrectly treating a patient. You treated my relative for "staph" and 2 weeks later for an "uti". When the er Dr at leconte hospital discovered he had cancer the whole time. Not at all happy with how the last Dr to see us talked down to us either.
The doctor I saw at the Morristown location was wonderful. I initially left a great review, until I received my bill. My insurance was charged $1,300. I didn’t receive an itemized statement, so I assumed this was a mistake. I called the billing department and was placed on hold. While I was on hold, I found out about a $99 self pay option. I asked the lady when she answered and she said yes, everything that was performed during my visit would have fallen under that $99 self pay option. When I asked why I wasn’t informed... read more

The wait time is ridiculous,but I understand that because different people require different times. What I don’t like about this place is first and foremost the NP my husband saw didn’t practice very good hygiene when it comes to working in a health field. Not only did she not wash her hands before touching him(neck issues),she also didn’t afterwards either. She also never checked him even tho he was stating he had a sore throat too. Did no labs. Just spent 2 hours waiting to have my daughter seen for a double ear infection, I didn't mind that so much, what I did mind was people walked off the street and was sent right through. The reception area staff and doctor was very nice the nurse not so much no bed side manner what so ever. I will only come back if I have 2 other wise I will go to the E.R
