The Doctor was great.. my complaint cones from the fact that I filled out all the paper work and paid my copay. I then got notice that I had an outstanding balance. After multiple phone calls to Redimed and my insurance company, I discovered that they charged me for a Mental Evaluation . I went in for an infection in my finger And when I questioned it I was told that it was in the paper work I filled out and was chargeable! They are padding their bill so I won't be going back. Great! Only criticism I have is I was called to the front desk, no hello, no how are you doing, just you have a copay. Customer service means a lot.

Yesterday was my 5th visit to Fast Pace. The past visits have all been pleasant. Yesterday was far from that. The wait was incredibly long and I totally understand that I was not the only patient at the clinic. But when all you can hear from the staff is laughing and joking around in the back, you do not feel like a priority. After waiting for an hour and a half, I was finally admitted to the exam room to seek help for the case of poison ivy that I still have on my face.
