People were excellent and professional. But the whole process took 3 hours . Waited a long time . But worth it !
My father, daughter and I have been patients here for whatever a year. At first we loved them, and they made us feel as if we were family. Knowing it was a minor med we didn't care. Waited there from 2PM on Sunday 4-7-24 and they supposedly close at 5! Tell me why I’m still sitting here and it’s 5:57 and still have not been seen by the Dr. Don’t waste your time here! This is ridiculous!
The dr and nurses were great but I had an appointment for 6:25. I registered online before getting there. When I arrived I checked in at the kiosk and sat down. At 7 I asked how much longer the wait would be and was told that I haven’t checked in at the desk. It would have been nice if the guy at the desk would have said that when I was at the kiosk or if there was a sign.
Get staff that understands they need to take patients in the order in which they arrive. Approximately 20-30 minutes after I arrived and checked in, another lady came in. (And yes, I did have a “time reserved”.) They took me back before her, but actually saw and discharged her before me. I waited an HOUR AND A HALF in my room before I finally got fed up and walked to the nurse station to ask if my results were back. They asked at that point if I needed an excuse for anything.
