Provider was wonderful the wait is horrible
Well, I am the parent of a patient . I had to bring her because she does not drive . The office did not open up until after 8 AM even though it was printed on the doors that that is the opening time. I observed and others that were in the waiting area of conversations from the staff in the back. I made an appointment for my daughter to do a follow up of her labs and also I had mentioned to the front desk when I made the appointment that she need to be seen by the doctor because she has some issues going on. Coming to this clinic was a waste of time. They had no imaging equipment or the ability to order images that were needed to diagnose and pinpoint my daughter’s complaints. I had already done all of the things the NP recommended. Furthermore I was advised to take my daughter to the emergency room to rule out a more serious condition since Fast Pace was absent an Xray and KUB services. That was why I brought her to Urgent Care!! I am going to request to be reimbursed for my $25 co pay.

I made an appointment for 230 but since they took walk ins I arrived at 130 hoping to be seen earlier. Instead I wasn’t seen until somewhere in the 3oclock hour. Which felt like forever when you feel like crap. There were 6 people already waiting and the line wasn’t moving fast enough. Once I made it to the back it went faster. Maybe 30 minutes. The nurse and staff was nice but they need to manage time more efficiently.

Basically was told I wouldn’t get a Sinus Cocktail if I didn’t do a Covid Tedt. Took Covid Test was negative still wouldn’t give me a sinus cocktail. I have the same issue for thirty years, I get a sinus cocktail basically 2 a year,ONLY THING that works!

The Doctor was great.. my complaint cones from the fact that I filled out all the paper work and paid my copay. I then got notice that I had an outstanding balance. After multiple phone calls to Redimed and my insurance company, I discovered that they charged me for a Mental Evaluation . I went in for an infection in my finger And when I questioned it I was told that it was in the paper work I filled out and was chargeable! They are padding their bill so I won't be going back.
