Yesterday was my 5th visit to Fast Pace. The past visits have all been pleasant. Yesterday was far from that. The wait was incredibly long and I totally understand that I was not the only patient at the clinic. But when all you can hear from the staff is laughing and joking around in the back, you do not feel like a priority. After waiting for an hour and a half, I was finally admitted to the exam room to seek help for the case of poison ivy that I still have on my face. Waited a long time even though I checked in on line. Dr listened to my symptoms. They were sore throat, earache and deep chest congestion. She never looked in my mouth or ears. She called in cough medicine
Waiting room was hot. Waited way too long just for a drug screen. Who decided to use and iPad to sign in just to get a link sent to your phone to continue registering? Simplify the check in process and expedite the process for pre employment drug screens.
The office was supposed to open at 8:00, but didn’t open until 9:00 due to short staff. They opened the door at 8:56 only to tell us that the front desk employee would be here in 15 minutes. I had all the symptoms of a person that was dehydrated, and they would not give me any IV fluids. A complete waste of my time, and I was sick as a dog! Never again!
Making an appointment online is misleading as I was there for an hour before I was acknowledged and having an appointment was misleading. Staff pleasant and competent
Was at the place that over 3 hours before I was even seen. The place was so unorganized, a few of the nurses on site was really rude to other patients.
