It was ok.
Scheduled apt 5:56. Arrived on time. Waiting room felt like a heat lamp at 78 degrees. By the time I got to a room I sat for multiple times waiting. Did not get out until 7:50pm !!! There was 2 other people besides me so it was not that busy to keep sick patient for 2 hours. And then did not help or provide any antibiotics etc. said was common cold to take over counter medicine. The receptionist, Tamika, who was also my nurse was friendly but I was not greeted at the door when I came in….it took a few min for anyone to make themselves known at the front desk. I had a 1 hour wait for a drug screen for a new job. I only saw 2 people working in the whole office. Y’all need to hire more people. Tamika was very friendly and did a great job!
I waited 3 hours to be seen for 5 minutes. The lady was sweet enough and explained that my blood pressure was too high to give me a pain shot and sent me home with muscle relaxers. The only thing the medicine did was knock me out. She told me to keep an eye on my bp (which I have never had issues with, I believe it was due to the pain). When I got home and checked it it was 115/73 perfectly normal for me. My appt was at 533 and I did not get seen til almost 8 (closing time).
First I was charged 35.00 copay even after I presented my insurance card the excuse was I didn’t have my red white and blew Medicare card second was I was going to be tested for covid and flu i had a sinus infection had this problem all my life the nurse slammed the drawer after i refused to take the test and left the room very rude behavior and very unprofessional I will never come back to this place again and I’m going to tell everybody I know how I was treated there !!!!!
Fast pace is not a good name. We have been twice with online check in and waited and waited. Front desk ladies very rude. Nurse was great. Will drive farther to avoid this office. And we were excited to have a clinic close. Too bad.
I chose the 11:16 time for the line. However, I was not seen until 2. Once I arrived, I did not jump anyone in line who was waiting in the building. It was like I just was added to the cue once I arrived. The place holder time was really of no value. The receptionist said, it just makes sure you are seen that day.
Got there at 1:35 and didn’t get seen until 3:30 The were 7 people total there and not all were in front of me. The doctor and staff were really nice that’s the only reason they get 2 stars
Poor medical care already shared. MedicL provided asked me how to treat my symptoms not even ask what was going on and then telling me my diagnosis. Then said we will treat the same. Gave antibiotic and sinus cocktail shot and prescribed Z-pac. Asked if I had ever used Tesslon Pearls told her yea don’t work. Said would send Permethizine (not sure of spelling) for cough.
