Beware of extremely high charges! They"ll bill you an exorbitant amount higher than their contract with BCBS TN and charge you the difference. Our $400 bill for a simple visit is costing us the exact amount of $250 out of pocket. Strange that it's such a round number??? Our BCBS rep we spoke to did all but explicitly say they're scamming us. Something to do with the coding. We have a form to file a grievance. Doubtful anything will change. I will NEVER go here again. I have been receiving threatening texts telling me I owe money that I have never been billed for. Cannot reach them on their call back # and put on hold forever. Billed the wrong amount due to incorrect coding and just a horrible experience. Their orthopedic doctor was great but for urgent care...forget it.
