Waited for over an hour, my copay was $100 and the front desk person was rude and said my name wrong several times after I corrected her
The staff was great, the check in was easy. The nurse was knowledgeable and great with Carson, made the testing easy on him. The NP was knowledgeable and explained things clearly.
Appointment time was 3:06. I made this appointment online that morning at 10. Sat in the waiting room for an hour before being called back. The NP was friendly and helpful, as was the nurse. But there is nothing “Fast” about Fast Pace. Overall, I was there 2 hours. They did call me in an antibiotic.
The staff was great and the dr. Also but a 3 hr wait May say you need more people to help.
Staff was friendly, came in for a type of infection possibly a tick under skin. The nurse practitioner came in looked, checked breathing and sent me on my way with feeling the site
If we have to choose a time. They should be pretty close to what time you chose.
Online reg did not work I had an appointment. It took over an hour after appointment to be seen.
Got there at 11:40 and didn’t get out intill 2:30 ish. I get that there’s other thing going on in the office but when you there for something so simple
Appointment was scheduled for 1306 seen provider at two hours later. The provider was wonderful. The nurse support staff needs some improvement. Front desk staff was wonder, she is the first line defense with customers, deserves a reward
