Do not use them for ortho unless desperate. While they are nice in the office. It is a nightmare to get them to do what they tell you. I have had to chase them down from offices to offices to try and get them to order my therapy and my MRIs. Then they can’t use the common sense god gave them and scheduled a test more than 100 miles from my home. waited 3 hours to be seen only 4 people there Dr. said she didn't know what was wrong with me, I told her I was dizzy, nausea, running a low grade fever and it all started when I got to hot at work because the AC. was out, all she wanted to do was a covid test, I told her I took one at work before I came there, so she gave me a cortizone shot and a steroid shot. and sent me on my way, hit home and Google my symptoms and low and behold I had heat exauston! I guess they dont listen very well.
Orthopedic Doctor had no experience with knee replacement and told my to go back to the original Surgeon when that wasn’t the problem to begin with. Trying mask the symptoms without fixing the cause.
I took my son in that has been running a high fever for 2 days and she comes in and tells me its allergies.. since when does allergies make a child run fever. won't be back..
This place is a joke. They don't even have actual doctor's. My husband sat there for 5 hours! With only one other patient there waiting. They charge $441 for you to sit there for hours and not even been seen by a doctor. So of you simply wanted a covid test you would be there for hours and charged that amount. The lady in billing even admitted they are just there to rob people and not even able to provide adequate services! Such a JOKE!! we will never be back!
I have been sitting in the parking lot for over a hour. I’ve tried to call three times to make sure they have not forgotten about me and each time it goes to the voicemail and I’m watching them sit at the desk and gossip with each other. This place is a joke. If my job didn’t require me to be tested today I’d go somewhere else. Get it together people
I come in a little before 5 today. I was told 2 hours wait time. I knowing they are busy accepted that. After waiting I was told I was never checked in. Now I have to return on Monday in the morning since I wasn't signed in. I know they are busy. being last in line means this?
I'm sitting in the parking lot as I type this. I will NEVER come here again, nor will any of my children or family. I've been here since 4 pm, it's now after 6. I have had zero problem waiting, I know it's a bad time for everyone. I've been in a room since 5 pm. I work a job where I'm on call, and a minute before the Dr comes in, I get a phone call. When it is only 5pm and you close at 8pm how do you turn away a 4 year old little girl. This place is run by monsters I hate them with a passion. All they care about is money and time to go home.
