The lady at the front desk was rude & hateful but everyone else was amazing! We love Dr. Sherri Gallimore that we see everytime & she loves my son!
Lori, FNP was nice and ordered Tamiflu. He had a reaction to it and I was trying to contact someone to ask questions and sent messages. They asked name and dob but never answered back after sending that information several times. In the ER now.
The wait was over three hours after I had completed all my paperwork on line before hand. Said I was 8 in line and took that long too be seen. The LPN was nice and so was the NP/PA.

The staff is very kind, but the wait times can get ridiculous. I have been coming in for allergy shots for a few months now and typically end up spending over 2 hours there every time. I've come to expect it at this point, but when I used to get allergy shots in my hometown, I was in and out within 45 minutes. I understand it's hard to predict how many patients will be there, but I'm starting to get frustrated.
FNP was great, Krista great. LPN with glasses was rude.
