I had great experience at Fast Pace Urgent Care after poor service and care where I live. The excellent service begins at the front desk. Ms N***** and others are professional, efficient, and caring. Ms T**** the nurse I have seen twice since August 2024 to present provides excellent care starting with the interview listening to your needs, diagnosis, and up to the treatment plan. I was so sick and went fast pace severely dehydrated Saturday morning and they took me right back and dr said she could not get an I/V in I had COVID and strep and other problems so she was so nice she even called an ambulance and sent me straight to the hospital which was what I needed they stopped the nausea and diarrhea but still admitted me for a couple of days and face pace even called the hospital to check on me I thought that was so great to know they care for their patients I’m home today and definitely will use them... read more

I came in for a pre-employmemt drug test/physical. My wait time was as expected for a walk in patient. My nurse, Lindsey was awesome, she was very informative and engaging. My PA-C, Brittany was also awesome, she was knowledgeable and professional. I use walk in clinic's at least once each year and I highly recommend Manchester Fast Pace. These ladies are amazing!

I conveniently booked my appt. a day ahead of time. I was able to register online & had no issues with checking in or waiting the day I went. Everyone was so courteous to me when I arrived & made me feel welcomed there. The lovely receptionist went above & beyond for me regarding my insurance. The triage nurse was very nice. I saw Amy, the provider, who was very attentive, did an exam & worked out a treatment plan for me. Unfortunately, I've seen a lot of doctors in my time, & I've recognized a lot of poor service. Trying to charge me 250 dollars when fast pace is in my insurance network and I already paid a 30 dollar copay during my visit. I checked my insurance and sure enough, I shouldn’t owe the 250. All was covered. They are trying to charge my card on file even though I have coverage for the costs of the visit.

Doesn't even rank one star! Went in to inquire if they still serve as a drop off for ***** ***********testing. Stood at the window(front desk/reception) and waited. And waited. A gentleman came in. We just stood there. There were two patients seated-one a woman with a child laying on the floor. NO ONE. I finally asked the lone person I found sitting at a desk in the back: "Are you open? Scrupulous billing practices. Demands debit or credit cards at check in. Debits accounts without notification. No bills sent or warning of charges being withdrawn. Way over charges for visits.
