I had great experience at Fast Pace Urgent Care after poor service and care where I live. The excellent service begins at the front desk. Ms N***** and others are professional, efficient, and caring. Ms T**** the nurse I have seen twice since August 2024 to present provides excellent care starting with the interview listening to your needs, diagnosis, and up to the treatment plan. I was so sick and went fast pace severely dehydrated Saturday morning and they took me right back and dr said she could not get an I/V in I had COVID and strep and other problems so she was so nice she even called an ambulance and sent me straight to the hospital which was what I needed they stopped the nausea and diarrhea but still admitted me for a couple of days and face pace even called the hospital to check on me I thought that was so great to know they care for their patients I’m home today and definitely will use them... read more
I came in for a pre-employmemt drug test/physical. My wait time was as expected for a walk in patient. My nurse, Lindsey was awesome, she was very informative and engaging. My PA-C, Brittany was also awesome, she was knowledgeable and professional. I use walk in clinic's at least once each year and I highly recommend Manchester Fast Pace. These ladies are amazing!
I conveniently booked my appt. a day ahead of time. I was able to register online & had no issues with checking in or waiting the day I went. Everyone was so courteous to me when I arrived & made me feel welcomed there. The lovely receptionist went above & beyond for me regarding my insurance. The triage nurse was very nice. I love this clinic short wait ,great people ,they were so nice
I went there on the 16th with a possible broken finger. They were told at the next about my finger. At no point told me the xray tech was not there. I paid $155 upfront. I get taken to the back to get told to go to the hospital for an xray because their tech was not there. I stated so I paid $155 for medical attention that I needed an xray for you to say there no tech? And now you want me to go to a hospital ( emergency room) for an xray to be charged thousands?The lady yes. This is theft, and unfair medical practices. I did... read more
Made me select a star, but it should be no star. Urgent Care implies billing to my insurance company and calculation of my copay would be based on Urgent Care billing. I was told they do not Bill as an urgent care so my copay would not apply when calculating what I would be billed. The difference between billing the insurance company and myself for Urgent care verses other ways they could submit the claim could result in much larger payments from myself and the insurance company. I would love to get a class action lawsuit in place against this company for unethical billing practices. They break every know rule when it comes to billing. I implore you to find another care facility and let this place fold. Shady company with unscrupulous business practices!
