I had great experience at Fast Pace Urgent Care after poor service and care where I live. The excellent service begins at the front desk. Ms N***** and others are professional, efficient, and caring. Ms T**** the nurse I have seen twice since August 2024 to present provides excellent care starting with the interview listening to your needs, diagnosis, and up to the treatment plan. I was so sick and went fast pace severely dehydrated Saturday morning and they took me right back and dr said she could not get an I/V in I had COVID and strep and other problems so she was so nice she even called an ambulance and sent me straight to the hospital which was what I needed they stopped the nausea and diarrhea but still admitted me for a couple of days and face pace even called the hospital to check on me I thought that was so great to know they care for their patients I’m home today and definitely will use them... read more
I came in for a pre-employmemt drug test/physical. My wait time was as expected for a walk in patient. My nurse, Lindsey was awesome, she was very informative and engaging. My PA-C, Brittany was also awesome, she was knowledgeable and professional. I use walk in clinic's at least once each year and I highly recommend Manchester Fast Pace. These ladies are amazing!
I conveniently booked my appt. a day ahead of time. I was able to register online & had no issues with checking in or waiting the day I went. Everyone was so courteous to me when I arrived & made me feel welcomed there. The lovely receptionist went above & beyond for me regarding my insurance. The triage nurse was very nice. Terrible customer service at the location 7400 US-64, Oakland, TN 38060. I called this location because I had questions about a bill and had reason to believe I was over charged because the office visit fee was $300.00 with insurance but if I had not used insurance the office visit would of only been $160.00. I spoke with ******** *and she refused to help me and help answer my questions. She hung up on me. If there was a star below 1 to choose from Fast Pace Behavioral Health would deserve it. I have talked to 3 different people about a bill for a no show appointment that I didn’t even know I had. I have been told it was $50 and already charged to my card on file. I never gave anyone permission to store any type of payment method on file. Why? Because 2 years ago this exact same thing happened. Fast Pace billed over 300$ to my card they had stopped for services never received. When it was finally resolved I didnt get my money ... read more

Another 320$ bill along with 175$ in other charges thought the summer. Not a single charge shows on my account but yet it shows on my bank statement? Can’t get a single answer from anyone at fast pace.
They didn't tell me I was out of network with my insurance. They only give me pain medicine and nothing else for my injury foot with a wasp. A week later I went to my regular doctor and they give me antibiotics and storied shot and I was feeling better that night. So I highly recommend you not go to fast pace in Manchester tn.
