Biggest joke I've ever heard of. I pay for my insurance and nobody told me anything I've never had to pay anything but my co-pay and I did before I was saw. 2 weeks later they send me a bill for $250?. I tried calling stayed on hold for an hour and I hung up. I go there they say "we're an emergency clinic now" so I give them my other insurance and they never even notified my other insurance provider.... Then they pull $250 out of my bank account.... ********
I went to the Fast Pace in Athens, TN yesterday with a severe sore throat, swollen neck, and ear pain. They sent off for a strep test but the next day it was even worse so I went back. The practitioner hadn't even checked my ear the day before so i was thinking maybe it was an ear infection. Their whole billing is fraudulent. Paid in full. Still sending me bills for new charges after. Even with 2 insurances.
I had an appointment today at 2:30. I waited 1 hour in the lobby. Then I was called to the medical room and waited another hour for the Dr. I could hear in the hallway they were taking patients who had arrived after me. I was never seen for my illness by a Dr. So after 2 hours I left. Fifteen minutes after I left the nurse called me and offered me medical treatment. I told her I was not treated fairly and return my money. She hung up on me.
Nothing about Fast Pace clinics are “fast” or convenient. When they first opened the doors you could get in and out in less than an hr. Now you are lucky to be called back before an hour and a half wait. Fast Pace clinic in Savannah TN is the absolute worst. Will never get my business again.
This place in morristown tn needs to be shut down !!! After 2 days still can't talk to a real person to get our medicine turned in and I don't trust them to even know if this is the right medicine I need !!! No good for nothing place , except take your money an send you on your sick way !! Close them down ,before some dies !!!
Listened to staff talk loudly about patients drug test and they talked about sperm. My urine cup was handled without gloves before and after I left my sample. She poured my urine into a tube without gloves.
The woman at the front desk is rude and has no idea how to run our insurance. I took my daughter to the one in Holly Springs, MS and she kept telling me that our insurance was rejected. She made a call and found out we have a $20.00 co pay. I went to the same one yesterday and she had to make yet another phone call. My husband need to go today so I took him to be told by the SAME WOMAN it didn't show a copy so she charged him $75.00!!!! We have the same insurance and same co pay. I lost it this time. I went to Fast Pace Urgent Care in Dickson, TN on 1/6/2022 for a cold/ sinus drainage. I did not receive a Covid Test and the Nurse Practitioner did not even exam me, she stuck her head in and simple said Upper Respiratory Infection I received a shot and was gone within 15 minutes, it was snowing that particular day and they were all leaving early.
