I was seen Thursday Jan. 20, 2022 for an illness.. Was given a work note for that day... I remained ill enough to not proceed to work the next day, due to the illness I was seen for the day prior. When I called to request a new note, to cover Thursday Jan. 20, 2022, and Friday Jan. 21, 2022, I was denied, and was told the only way I could get a new note for the same illness I was seen for the prior day, was to pay $75 for a new appointment.. That is extortion, and nothing less.

My brother got a covid test that was positive. They sent him home to quarantine with his 92 year old unvaxed mother. Just found out today and we moved my mother to my sister's house. Are these people really doctors? Who with any common sense would do that? This place is dangerous.

I have to leave one star, or I'd leave no stars. My husband went to face pace urgent care Leesville,la. He received good care. He went 11/26/21. What wasn't covered by insurance we received a bill for $252.34 on 12/20/21. Statement date showed 12/11/21. I sent check with full amount next day 12/21/21. Statement date showed due by 12/26/21. Due to holidays mail was slow I'm sure, but check cleared our bank 1/4/22. On 1/10/22 my husband got a text saying he was 30 days past due on payment and they needed payment. Well I left a review on 1/10/22. Today is 1/24/22 . Our check of $252.34 cleared our bank on 1/4/22, I received another bill for same services that had been paid for already. Bill came today as I said 1/24/22 with due date 1/25/22. I call the number on bill again. The woman tells me my husband owes nothing. Why get another bill that has statement date if 1/10/22. Next we will get a text saying we are 30 days late on a bill that has been paid . Please help this to not happen to other people. Thank you

Worst place to ever go I would not even bring my dog here. Service is so bad the wait is like 6 hours. Bad place and the people are very rude.

BEWARE!! You may end up with a big bill and charged for services that you weren't made aware of. I signed up online for a rapid covid test which should be a quick and simple test. I waited for 3 hours with an appointment and when they called me back the assistant asked me to get on the scale so she could record my weight. I thought there must be some confusion so I told her I was only there for a rapid covid test therefore weight wasn't necessary. I've had this done at other facilities and my weight was never taken. Absolutely terrible. I'll never go here again. I took my daughter back in March, it's now December. She has insurance, and I gave them her card, but they still charged me. I just assumed they didn't take her insurance. No big deal. Until, they send me a check back with my first name, and my daughters last name. We do not have the same last name, I never put her last with mine, on anything, ever. So I called them, and told them about their mistake, and they gave me an address to send the check back to. 11-23-2021 I began calling Fast Pace in Dickson at 7:30 am. The recording said they were Closed. I called multiple times just in case, still said closed. I felt so bad I decided to drive there just to check and the parking area was packed. I went in and told the receptionist and she said.. oh, maybe I need to check that. I received two Rapid Covid Tests from Fast Pace recently. I was under the assumption that either my insurance would cover it or it would be a small fee (up to $50 per test). I've had several Covid tests and I've never owed anything. Fast Pace charged me $1461 for two rapid tests!!! Though my insurance paid $356.20 towards this total, they still billed me for $1105.60. I am very angry!!! I went to Fast Pace on October 23rd for a UTI. I told the nurse when I went in that I did have insurance with ********************** and that I understood that their might be a co-pay for today's visit. The nurse made a copy of my Insurance card, and asked if I would put a card on file for the purpose of the Co-pay, which she said my be $50 or $75. I gave her information as requested.
