They didn't tell me I was out of network with my insurance. They only give me pain medicine and nothing else for my injury foot with a wasp. A week later I went to my regular doctor and they give me antibiotics and storied shot and I was feeling better that night. So I highly recommend you not go to fast pace in Manchester tn.

The last time I visited the walk-in clinic I waited for nearly 2 hours to be seen. When the provider walked in the room, she looked disheveled. My husband and I went in together on the same day and were treated together in the same exam room and received the EXACT same treatment and tests. However, when my husband received a text stating his card would be charged for a remaining balance after insurance payment, we both requested itemized billing statements which showed that he was charged $113.02 more for the exact same treatment and tests that I received and we have the same EXACT insurance coverage. The medical care was good, but the billing service is charging me more to my card on file after I already paid the $65 deductible and gave them my insurance.
I went there on the 16th with a possible broken finger. They were told at the next about my finger. At no point told me the xray tech was not there. I paid $155 upfront. I get taken to the back to get told to go to the hospital for an xray because their tech was not there. I stated so I paid $155 for medical attention that I needed an xray for you to say there no tech? Made me select a star, but it should be no star. Urgent Care implies billing to my insurance company and calculation of my copay would be based on Urgent Care billing. I was told they do not Bill as an urgent care so my copay would not apply when calculating what I would be billed. The difference between billing the insurance company and myself for Urgent care verses other ways they could submit the claim could result in much larger payments from myself and the insurance company. I would love to get a class action lawsuit in place against this company for unethical billing practices. They break every know rule when it comes to billing. I implore you to find another care facility and let this place fold. Shady company with unscrupulous business practices!
Please do not go to this establishment for your Urgent Care needs, go elsewhere!!! You will regret it! They have shady unethical business practices, and fail to exercise basic communication.
