Trying to charge me 250 dollars when fast pace is in my insurance network and I already paid a 30 dollar copay during my visit. I checked my insurance and sure enough, I shouldn’t owe the 250. All was covered. They are trying to charge my card on file even though I have coverage for the costs of the visit.

Doesn't even rank one star! Went in to inquire if they still serve as a drop off for ***** ***********testing. Stood at the window(front desk/reception) and waited. And waited. A gentleman came in. We just stood there. There were two patients seated-one a woman with a child laying on the floor. NO ONE. I finally asked the lone person I found sitting at a desk in the back: "Are you open? Scrupulous billing practices. Demands debit or credit cards at check in. Debits accounts without notification. No bills sent or warning of charges being withdrawn. Way over charges for visits.

I’ve been a patient for multiple telehealth visits & after repeated unethical billing issues that are never resolved. Im considering taking legal action. I was charged an extra $60 for a telehealth apt hat the provider herself scheduled. It just happened to fall on President’s Day, not something I was told would cost more. The provider works remotely every day, so there was no difference in service to justify this “holiday” upcharge. This was never disclosed to me beforehand. Unethical. I went in due to my seasonal sinus infection. I told them by registering online that I need a cocktail shot as usual. I spent my $50 copay that I barely had to go. I get there and they test me for flu and covid, which I knew I didnt have and which I was neg for. Then they tell me I can't get a cocktail shot cause they dont give them out anymore unless deathly sick and cause I tested neg for everything. I have been going here for years, taking me and my son for urgent matters. Today I encountered the worst customer service ever from ***** *******She claims to be the manger or head nurse. Not too sure. If she is the manger, She is absolutely the worst example of an ambassador for this facility. Besides the actual issue I was having, she made it personal by her condescending sing attitude. She hung up on me 3 times. She left me on hold for 30 minutes to give me the corporate number. This urgent care is the definition of everything wrong with profit-driven medicine. The doctor I saw was careless and negligent—she didn’t even bother to properly document my visit or the plan we discussed. She told me directly that if I wasn’t better in a few days, I should call and she’d send in a prescription. Simple enough, right? Except when I did exactly what she told me, the note “wasn’t in my chart,” and suddenly no one could help me. Their solution? I don’t understand how they are able to get away with their billing practices! The staff at the local clinic were pleasant and professional. However, we will NOT use or recommend Fast Pace again! Our urgent care insurance copay is $60, but it was determined and told at the visit, $35 is all that would be owed. The $35 was paid at that time. Exactly one month later, an additional $215 was charged to the card without prior knowledge or permission!! We haven’t even received an EOB from our insurance yet. How is this legal?! The front desk clerk in Henderson is very rude w a smart mouth. Her friend came in so she checks them in after I had already checked in on the mobile. I sit there a full hour and after her friend is checked in she says to me " how's your registration going" Then will not check me in like she had just done for her "friend" Tells me to do it on my phone.
