Very nice and polite and actually listened to me and prescribed a inhaler when I truly needed it and the other place refused me a inhaler very wonderful

i was in the room with the person who saw me for less than five minutes before being sent home, and i was told that they had no idea what could be the cause of what i was going for. no tests, scans, x rays, or anything of that sort were done to figure anything out.

It was horrible. The lady working the front was the worst I’ve ever seen as far as customer service. Rude with every patient, even heard another patient sitting in the lobby saying “she should not be working here”. When I was done with the appointment, I went to the desk to see if I needed to check out she was on her cell phone talking with her leg up on the desk. Feel like I have been going there for years on the first visit and the second visit a different person made me feel the same way. I have outlived 3 doctors in my life.
Everyone was very nice, not rushing but make you feel welcome like a friend.

It was asking me who assisted me and strangely I can’t find the individuals name, not sure if it’s asking me the N.P.’s name or the other person,I had another concern, that wasn’t really addressed,a suggestion would’ve been good,but the visit overall was good

Barely looked at me before giving me a diagnosis. Pain shot didn’t work. Made me feel like I was wasting their time.
My daughter had an appointment last night at urgent care at 6:48 PM. We finally got back here. The nurse took her vitals asked what the issue was. She was very pleasant. Said the doctor would be in 1520 minutes. The doctor came in with a piece of paper in his hand. It looked at Brook💩 and said your lips are dry.
