It was horrible. The lady working the front was the worst I’ve ever seen as far as customer service. Rude with every patient, even heard another patient sitting in the lobby saying “she should not be working here”. When I was done with the appointment, I went to the desk to see if I needed to check out she was on her cell phone talking with her leg up on the desk. Feel like I have been going there for years on the first visit and the second visit a different person made me feel the same way. I have outlived 3 doctors in my life.
Everyone was very nice, not rushing but make you feel welcome like a friend.

It was asking me who assisted me and strangely I can’t find the individuals name, not sure if it’s asking me the N.P.’s name or the other person,I had another concern, that wasn’t really addressed,a suggestion would’ve been good,but the visit overall was good

Barely looked at me before giving me a diagnosis. Pain shot didn’t work. Made me feel like I was wasting their time.
My daughter had an appointment last night at urgent care at 6:48 PM. We finally got back here. The nurse took her vitals asked what the issue was. She was very pleasant. Said the doctor would be in 1520 minutes. The doctor came in with a piece of paper in his hand. It looked at Brook💩 and said your lips are dry. You must be dehydrated and then said you don’t have strep or the flu shook her hands and walked out so my question is how did he know what was wrong with her? Highly recommended going there than other places around never waited that long at all they highly care friendly staff my 2nd visit will go back they care about you thank you

I scheduled an appointment for 4:50 and arrived on time. They left me sitting there almost an hour and called two people who came in after me. When I complained they wanted to argue that it was because the other people had scheduled online ignoring I had scheduled also earlier that day in the office. So I knew their schedule time was later than mine. Eventually they called me back and apologized for the screw up because they checked and found I was right.
