Everyone was very nice, not rushing but make you feel welcome like a friend.

It was asking me who assisted me and strangely I can’t find the individuals name, not sure if it’s asking me the N.P.’s name or the other person,I had another concern, that wasn’t really addressed,a suggestion would’ve been good,but the visit overall was good

Barely looked at me before giving me a diagnosis. Pain shot didn’t work. Made me feel like I was wasting their time.
My daughter had an appointment last night at urgent care at 6:48 PM. We finally got back here. The nurse took her vitals asked what the issue was. She was very pleasant. Said the doctor would be in 1520 minutes. The doctor came in with a piece of paper in his hand. It looked at Brook💩 and said your lips are dry. You must be dehydrated and then said you don’t have strep or the flu shook her hands and walked out so my question is how did he know what was wrong with her? Highly recommended going there than other places around never waited that long at all they highly care friendly staff my 2nd visit will go back they care about you thank you

I scheduled an appointment for 4:50 and arrived on time. They left me sitting there almost an hour and called two people who came in after me. When I complained they wanted to argue that it was because the other people had scheduled online ignoring I had scheduled also earlier that day in the office. So I knew their schedule time was later than mine. Eventually they called me back and apologized for the screw up because they checked and found I was right. Decent experience compared to past visits (which were amazing). Staff was friendly and professional. Facility was clean. My only disappointments were the MA kept picking alternate complaints. I told her repeatedly I was struggling with a cellulitis around my eye. She said pink eye, then COVID…and I had to reiterate cellulitis. It also took 3 sticks in the butt to give me a steroid shot. They are always efficient getting me back there and getting everything prepared for the physician. I’ve noticed it takes forever for the physician to get into the room and it’s never busy busy since they have appointment slots. I just hear a lot of gossiping/talking and not a lot of urgency. Overall the staff is always friendly but definitely the inconsistency with doctors on hand causes some frustration.
