It outta just be called Pace Health. It’s been 45mins and I just have to piss in a cup.
The service is hit or miss but the billing or the attempts to get a bill processed properly are terrible. The desk will tell you they don't do billing and give you the "direct" number to call. The wait time on that number is over 30 minutes to reach an actual person who will leave you even more frustrated. Go anywhere else if you can.
Does not care about the patients at all or at least lady at the front desk named Linda doesn't. Insurance made a mistake on husband account said his birthday was 88 when it's 87. Linda informed us the birthday did not match but she did find his information. she said I would need to call insurance and have them change it in order to be seen. so I did and was on the phone for 46 minutes!
