The doctors and NP at Fast Pace have always been great, the staff at the desk are argumentive and rude. At no fault to the Dr or NP, only having 1 provider and 1 nurse in the place is ridiculous. This is a large company and should be better staffed. If you can't staff it then you need to take away walk in service and go to appointments only.Ā
Itās Sunday, the facility opens at 1pm. I arrive at 2pm walk in and the lady refuses to see me. Her response āwe close at 5pm and canāt see you todayā Now of course Iām new to the area and my first thought š itās because Iām black. However, I donāt argue with people as that is her issue and not mines. How could at 2pm on Sunday only one hour after you open and closing at 5pm legitimately tell me that you know you canāt see me today? Itās a walk in clinic, not book a clinic. This office is filthy! The uncleanliness would have been uncomfortable before COVID-19, itās especially alarming now! Patients coming in & out with positive results, & no one is cleaning anything. RidiculousĀ
I would Not recommend this Fast Pace in Savannah TN to no one. I recently took my 5 year old in for an open wound on his head. We went in and the secretary was extremely nice and very sweet. She took his vitals and took us to a back room. Me and my son sat in the chairs. and waited. A few minutes later a woman dressed in office clothes comes in and 1.) doesnt introduce herself 2.) doesnt wash her hands 3.) Doesnt explain procedure and 4.)Her mask wasnt on right. Well I went there about a week ,I went to my regular. Doctor and they I has a sin. Infected I wasn't getting no better, So I went to fast pace and they done a test and it was tye A flu.Ā
