Don’t know how to feel about it
Front receptionist was rude and unhelpful.
Short wait time was great. Please tell me why you have to guess what tests you want done before the doctor even comes in to see you? Isn’t that the reason why we come to the doctor office? The nurse was supper rude. My 14 year old son had a fever of 104 and was laying on the exam table waiting for them to come in and she comes in and yelled “get up!”.
The hardest part of the visit was a young man In the restroom violently throwing up He was in there when we arrived. After waiting in the waiting room 45 min listening to him, we went to the car and asked them to text us when they were ready for my appointment. It was a very long violent scene of sickness. As we got to our car to wait, an ambulance was coming to the building and loaded him on a stretcher. He should have been picked Up long before that ! He was very sick.
The wait time was way too long. I waited over an hour past my scheduled appointment time
I tried to tell the nurse practitioner that, if I was not treated with antibiotics then I would not have a voice in a few days. I went on Friday and I now do not have a voice. All that was offered was a steroid shots and told to get OTC medication, and tea.
I was impressed by the front desk clerk. She was very friendly. The MA needs education on proper collection of swabs. There’s no way to get a positive result if the swabs aren’t properly collected. A set of vitals were not done besides a tympanic temperature. This is only my second visit at fast pace due to using another urgent care, but I am not satisfied after this visit. I know that working in healthcare is overwhelming, especially after the holidays, but subpar care is unacceptable in any facility.
Got there with only 1 person there and she was leaving while I was checking in. The wait said 0-15 mins I was the only person there and first in line. They got me back within the 15 mins but the left me in room 1 for 45 mins while they are & laughed for lunch. When asked if we should just come back since we apparently got there at a bad time. We was told no that the doctor was finishing with a chart/patient which was a lie because we was the only ones there. So we waited another 15 mins before she made her way in to speak fo... read more
