Front desk receptionist is very rude !! You should not have someone that rude being the first person your patients see when walking in the door! Because people in the back are very nice and professional!! I have been to this location multiple times and every time I go the same lady is at the front desk and is very rude. Do Better yall !!!!!!
When I arrived at FastPace, the desk was vacant. After 10 minutes of waiting, I called for assistance. A response was quick, “be there in a minute.” Shortly, someone came to the desk and asked if I had registered? I had not. I want to now. She pointed to a pedestal mounted iPad, you have to register there. There was no signage indicated that registering had to be done on the iPad. The person at the desk refused to help me.
