The care was good except that I should have been tested for RSV being I have been sick for over 2 weeks. The VA tested me yesterday after I asked to be tested. I had to go online and found out I had all the symptoms of having RSV.
Went in for fever, cough, sore throat, chills and body aches. I tested negative for Covid, Flu, and Strep. Doctor did not send me any medicine in even though I had a fever of 101° when i was there. Receptionist was very unprofessional, answered personal call while I was waiting in line to get a work note, did not stop the call to get my note , just whispered to me to ask what i needed. I had an appointment at 1:42 pm and I was not seen until 2:30. Will not be returning.

Was second person in the door and was there for over an hour.
I went on the website on Sunday spent 15 minutes registering for a Monday appointment. I get there on time and am #1 in line. I go to the desk and am told I am at the wrong location. I need to go to First Care 10 minutes down the road. The website says Fast Pace but I am sent to First Care. I get there and now end up being there an hour and a half. Unacceptable. The.n I had to give the information I took the time to enter on Sunday to them in person again. I will not be back.
The older receptionist was very rude to the other employees as I waited and had a horrible attitude. That was not what you want when you go to a clinic and you’re sick! Other girls seemed on edge due to one ladies attitude. The younger girl who waited n me was very patient and kind
Everything went great with visit outside of prescriptions not being sent to pharmacy . Everyone is human and things happen. It was quickly resolved once I called! Thank you !
Easy to make appt online, easy check in and was seen fairly quickly considering it being sick season. Prescriptions were sent to pharmacy just as quick! Thank you ! I am sorry but can’t remember provider .
