Everyone was so kind and great at their job. My visit was quick and efficient. I’ve been sick for a long time and less than 24 hours after my visit I am already feeling way better. Thank you!

Last time we brought our daughter in to be seen it was horrible so we almost didn’t bring our son in but really happy we did. Shawnda looked my son all over even after his results came back flu positive. The nurse was even better yet! He had to be swabbed for Covid flu rsv and strep. She explained how she would be doing it all and even gave him the option of which one to do first or he could even do it. Hands down best nurse around only wish I would have remembered her name!

Over a hour wait but understandable due to the amount of patience. Only complaint I have is the prescription was supposed to be faxed to a 24 hour CVS in another town drove all the way there and they said that the prescription and not been put in the system other than that the staff was friendly and a good overall experience

The staff was nice, compassionate and caring BUT, I think they were not capable of handling my problem (a fall resulting in severe shoulder pain) and X-ray was taken at Tell City but according to the Tech it was difficult to read! Why???? Wasn’t done right? Tell City referred me to an orthopedic office in Owensboro but never sent the X-rays to the orthopedic doctor so Owensboro had to do the X-rays again! I was expecting to be asked about my medical history and maybe fill out a form. The form I got to fill out and sign was a promise to pay. When I got in the room I was asked about surgeries and if I smoke or drink. I don’t understand how rotator cuff surgery and smoking a pack of cigarettes daily has anything to do with a tick bite. Check in was fine. Assessment by Medical Assistant was fine. The Practitioner or Physician (not a clue) was wearing a mask and stood as far away from me as possible, therefore I could understand only about half of what she was saying. Does your facility do bloodwork or urinalysis? I was concerned or I would not have been there. Tested negative for flu and Covid. Treated me for flu. Anyway sorry for the negativity.
